STANDARD STUDIO TERMS OF OPERATION & CONDITIONS OF ENGAGEMENT
Here's a glimpse into the conditions under which we feel comfortable working and when you will be assured of a smooth ride and incredible service. But, of course, we are always flexible. Should any of these terms not meet your requirements, or are in any other way not suitable for your project or personal needs, we invite you to get in touch so we can draft an agreement that suits us both.

Cost estimates are purely estimates, not quotes. Actual prices might be revised once an official brief is received and confirmed, or in the event that the scope of the project changes.

A 50% deposit is required upon acceptance of the quote, unless otherwise arranged with management.

Mark-up fees on any production costs will be charged to cover the costs associated with the handling.

All accounts are to be settled within 7 days of delivery of the final material, unless otherwise arranged with management.

Changes required might be charged for, should it be excessive (at the discretion of HKD).

Your acceptance of our professional limitation on assumption is required. Please refer to the brief should any discrepancies occur.

Design and creative services are considered as labour. Fees are not refundable if the work has already been done.

HKD reserves the right to charge 10% interest per month on overdue accounts.

It is the client's responsibility to ensure accuracy of information. HKD will not be held responsible if work is incorrect that has been signed off by the client.
